  1. Really make sure you focus on maintaining your posture - it's very easy to think you should bend your knees more or operate in a crouched position or lean forward, in order to try to get the camera lower - whether consciously or subconsciously. If you find you feel like your fighting the sled, take a second check your posture, let go of the gimbal and arm - is the sled shooting toward or away from you? side to side? If so take a moment to regain proper balance, or adjust your vest, etc. fighting the sled is always going to make any operating (high or low) a lot more exhausting than it needs to be. Just remember, you can always take a moment to find if you are fighting the sled and in it what ways, adjust and proceed. Smooth sailin.
  2. Hey Justin, Just wondering, do you have any plates left available? Thanks!
  3. Thanks Tom. Seems odd that they wouldn't leave the old URL active for a notice and redirect to the new site - but maybe that's just me!
  4. Notice that the website has been down for a about a week - twitter account down, etc. Anyone know what's up?
  5. Looking for a SmallHD DP7-Pro High Bright. Specifically the HB, not LCD or OLED. Thanks!
  6. Wow this is great info! Thank you both very much for your replies!!
  7. I know this is an old topic, but figure it's easiest to just continue rather than start a new stand topic... Is the specific stand that's being referred to as the 'american stand' the american LS32? Also assuming it's the wide 14" base. Does anyone know of any Canadian distributers / retailers? Many thanks! Liam.
  8. Amazing - Thanks for sharing all the details Mike!
  9. Love that Sled case Michael! Question did you have to provide them with all the details of how you wanted everything cut and laid out? Or did they have a steadicam template to choose from. It looks like an organizers dream come true! Liam.
  10. Question that I can't seem to find a simple answer for, is a MK-V sled with v2 electronics mean that this is an SD sled? Thanks!
