Anyone upgraded PRO/XCS hybrid sled to HD? I can use your old XCS 3B.308 SD center post cable so let me know. I am not looking to get a PRO SD cable since I already have one and it is a little too short for my XCS 2" PRO post.

I have an XCS center post cable for PRO HD if you can just use that. If not, I have an XCS 2" post for PRO HD with XCS gimbal, Ergo handle, XCS monitor supporting arm... Call me at 917-415-4200.

Most professional monitors have a video loop (or active through) out. Check your monitor spec. If not, then you may want to install a video DA (distribution amplifier). Check with Cramped Attic or Terry West.

What is your VIDEO FEED? SD or HD? I only know Camwave HD and that's why I am asking. If it is SD, it is easy to put another video feed since you already have one video down there for a monitor. If it is HD, you probably want to upgrade your rig instead of wiring your rig to HD. How about power? Are you going to use V-lock mount or power Tap?

If you want a budget friendly way, you can also use Nikon f-mount to Sony E-mount adapter. I know Voigtlander makes excellent adapters but they are also quite expensive. http://www.cameraquest.com/voigt_adpt_sonye.htm I owned few adapters from Metabones(also from Japan) and one guy (Lasjashk) at ebay sells them pretty cheap. He is very active at MU-43.com (Micro 4/3 user group) and he gives some discounts to the forum member. If you want his adapter, just send him an offer and make a note that you are a member of mu-43.com.
