    First, I wish you a wonderful and prosperous New Year!


    Some of you may have not received the monitor yet and BON will ship them out after the holidays. They have been shipping the units according to the payments not the group buy list number.

  10. Redbyte Decimator repair in the states

    Decimator 2 comes with the three year warranty so your unit is probably still under the warranty.

    I sent my unit to Symbiosis(UK) for a repair and they sent me the replacement unit pretty quickly.
