Just wanted to give a shout out to Greg Bubb for his cables. I wasn't really aware of him as a cable maker as much as for his hardware. But not only does he make excellent camera power cables he also offers Preston motor and Monitor cables among others. All with proper type gauge and in coily. Just saying, the effort (cost) needed to sent HD-SDI through your post is not always worth it. It does not improve your operating. Color helps you more than resolution.

or, buy yourself an Aja V2analog for $350 and be done, seriously you don't need HD (1920x1080) on a 7" steadicam monitor.....none of them are anyways....

Just a little tip for Trandvideo users: If you want to make your monitor better visible especially while night-shooting go to: for Rainbow HD: Adjust - Profiles - select LINEAR and it looks like you just switched the ASA to 3200. similar for the Cinemonitor HD line. It then uses a linear gamma, vs a curved. Makes for a much better visible image, especially at night....

File a dispute with our CC company for non-delivery. They will get the money back, since they are the ones that actually paid him in advance. The product was never delivered and the 4-6 weeks mentioned on the website are long gone and BTW legally Cinetronic can only ask you for a 10% down-payment. So right there is the problem for them.
