I've used it on my Steadicam Master Series sled.

They come each! with 2 cables (Preston #4468, #4470), cables are only 3 month old.

Sled was always serviced at Tiffen in Glendale, Topstage and Gimbal and Monitor were recently serviced in 05/06.

Sled was upgraded to true 24V mode, meaning two batteries are supplying the sled/camera.

Sled was upgraded with two battery readouts/analyzers to monitor battery status.

Call for more information. Sled is available in the second week of September.

Hi Bryan!

As it turns out the mounting point/sleeve between the top stage and the post got loose (aircraft glue).

Aldo fixt it and made it stronger than originally build....

I just have to give a brief description of my very good experience with the customer service at TIFFEN. I brought my sled in 2 days ago with some top stage issues. I picked it up today(!) and it is as good as new. Kyle and ALDO did a great job in terms of repair and timely turn around. Thanks again guys for making it such a good experience!
