  1. Hi Jennifer, I guess I was too vauge.... Walter said he might build something special and bring it to cinegear to see how it works.... :D
  2. Looking forward to seeing the new stuff at Cinegear. Are you going to have anything else there ? :D Eric Fletcher
  3. That's the point and it's really not when you are less then 1 rotor diameter high and going slow.
  4. Word of warning. don't try to pull too much power from that plug or you will pop the main breaker on the camera. I think it's only good for 250ma or something absurdly low like that
  5. That would be a Carnet (pronounced car-nay). Well-worth having when travelling internationally. Make the production company pay for it. Not as important when going to another counry as much as coming back to your own. They want to make sure of where you purchased the gear so that you're not trying to avoid customs. Make sur to list absolutely everything and keep all items in the same cases for proper organization. Not all countries accept carnets but it is still important for getting back into your own. Do NOT use a Carnet when going to Mexico, use a equipment inventory that has been stamped and signed by US customs before you go.
  6. Your just going to have to wait like everyone else
  7. Soon people will know, Just can't talk too much about it right now.
  8. Well Crap. I be working sat. finishing up a feature that i've been doing. As to the Swap meet, I have two things that I'd like to sell, one is a older Pag Micromaster charger and the other is a Pro-2 Super Post. If anyone is interested let me know. Thanks Eric Fletcher
  9. That shot will be possible soon.......
  10. You REALLY should try to follow more of your own advice Steve......
  11. Those pins are hollow and do not have the same strength as the Original part
  12. You can get those pins in Europe for $35 also. I have a pro arm so I know what it needs BTW
  13. You have got to be kidding me. I can get those pins for $35.00 any time. If your Paying $140 then your a sucker and I have a bridge for you to buy.
  14. Don't forget that the 900 also outputs HD-SDI through the 901 box or the Everetz Downconverter and also the new Miranda. One of the better solutions if the village HAS to have a HD monitor and the DIT wants Camera Control is the Telecast Copperhead Fiber optic system which will also be able to send both Downconverted video from the DIT rack and a Return Video feed. I did the Testing for Telecast on the Copperhead system and it is the ONLY way to fly with cables for HD. The Mil-spec Fiber is only 1/8" Dia and VERY Flexiable. You honestly don't care that your flying it. (As long as you have a top notch cable puller)
  15. Seeing as I JUST was talking to walter about this I stand by my Statement
  16. Considering that most everyone will be at Cinegear at Universal in Hollywood Dalts makes total sense. It's going to be a huge pain in our butts to get to Manhattan beach. Dalts is where this should happen, besides everyone knows where dalts is....
  17. I saw it yesterday and it looks nice although I didn't fly it.
  18. DSD and Klassen split. Walter is the person that designed the suit and builds it (on top of being a DAMN nice guy) If your looking for a back mount ONLY go with Walter Klassen. I'm looking forward to the trying the one that he's doing for me to try...
  19. Who's going and when? I'm doing a hit and run on Monday. I'm flying in arriving in Vegas at 9am and leaving on a 8pm flight. Anyones else going to be there Monday?
  20. Oh Dear God Steve can you continue to make an ass out of yourself in public? Really this is too damn funny. You know what John owes you, NOTHING. know what you owe John? HIS FREAKING RIG you deadbeat looser. Eric "I'm not afraid to sign my post's" Fletcher
  21. One last post on this subject. Steve, you "Claim" that I threatened you in a post. I said "Don't make me come and pick up the sled" that's ALL. Any one with a modicum of intelliengence would read that as Do the right thing Byro. But in your paranoia you read it as a threat. Now at this point I don't believe that you went to the chicago FBI, in fact no one there every attempted to contact me and I would welcome it if they did. (Do you have the case agent's name? I could call him myself if you would like). What is interesting is that you posted back via a forum AND email that "If you come near my dog, house or girlfriend" (Now this must be where the pure fantasy starts first off your "Girlfriend" is last in that order, nice guy and that brings me to my next observation that I REALLY don't believe that you have one being a narcissist and all....) that you would do me bodily harm (that made me laugh BTW... Ohhhhhhh I scared) Now THAT is a threat and I'm sure that the FBI would love to hear about it..... Now about John's sled that you stole, Yup you stole. Funny thing about the motion picture industry, Verbal Contracts are BINDING, don't believe me ask Kim Bassinger. But to show once again how smart you are you ACTUALLY POST ON THE WEB How you are GIVING John the Monitor due to the excessive time it took you to get his property back. So no matter what you say you still owe John his sled WITH THE MONITOR or YOU are in BREACH of YOUR contract. So Steve, once again do the right thing and give John HIS sled back, it's not yours. Got it?
  22. Well since we have outed this tool I think we should just ignore any post by him UNLESS they are notifying us that he has indeed returned John Hankammers Sled. In that post he must have proof. Otherwise until then "spectrabei" is just another thief and criminal in my book.
  23. Seems like you don't know much about Steadicam It also seems like your a bit of a troll Is it too much for you to answer the questions that i posted.
