Trying to transfer a bunch of stuff and my evo-220 just crapped out. Anyone have an 8mm deck or working camera that i cna borrow for a few days to transfer some footage to dvd?

what about Sat night? Show I'm doing is apt to do Fraterdays (Late fridays early sat mornings)
Got to love those Fraterdays !! I'm working Saturday and am not sure what time we wrap... Probably 6pm.. But would like to get as many folks together as possible...

I would love to get together...Maybe we can rally some other out of work ops together and welcome our East Coast/ UK steadi bro to the West Coast.(hint hint Dave Grove) My cell is 818 681-8742. So far I am unemployed that week, I start a pilot tomorrow and it ends on the 17th I believe. It will be good to see you again.

fun shot :) also enjoyed the film, but find it created quite a few dangerous 'generalizations' amongst friends towards the christian community. worth a watch, but dont group us all in with some nutters out there :)
also worth checking out are the people from westborough baptist church. you can find them on youtube. i forget the names, but they go to american soldiers funerals and celebrate their deaths. creepy stuff

Call Leslie at Mohawk 1-800-422-9961. They make a very light weight fiber cable of any length with the correct lemo connectors for most applications... Tell her you're a Steadicam Operator and she'll know what you need... Good luck !!

There were a total of 3 Steadicam Op's working that night. Curtis Dunne, Tori Livia, and myself.

The camera is very light, but fully loaded with battery, transmitter, follow focus etc it worked just fine on my PROII rig (w/ Transvideo IIIA) with PRO Arm... I now have an Ultimate sled, but I'm sure it would balance on that sled too..
