I have just snapped the small spring where the my Master Arm attaches to the socket block. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement in the UK and if it an easy fix or does it need to be sent in for servicing? Thanks

You should be able to balance it on the gimbal but it might be limited with camera control. You can always start recording manually.
