What part specifically is off? Is it the yolk part, or another piece?

Hi,

So I recently purchased an older Proaim Flycam. It seems to work well enough with some mods, but I'm now noticing a weird issue.

I can balance the rig correctly one direction, but when I rotate the rig the opposite direction, it's off balance. I can't for the life of me figure out why it would do that.

Is it just a issue with it being cheaply made, or is there something different that I can fix?
