My 2 cents. I had similar issues because I was operating leaning to far forward and essentially compressing or shortening the IT band. Next time your in the rig try turning the top screw on your vest so it goes out by a few threads forcing you to lean back. Helped me.

I'm trying to purchase a longer set of rods for my Betz top stage. The stage has a female 12mm thread. When I look tab rods online they all have 1/2 inch 13 male threads at one end and 12mm female threads at the other which does me no good. Why is it this way and where can I purchase the 15mm rods with 12mm male threads
