Does anyone know if the monitor on the Video SK will switch from 4x3 to 16x9? Thanks for the help!

Until I have the opportunity to take a workshop, what are things I can practice to become a good operator? I already know about the "line exercise". What are other "newbie" things are there to work on?

Does anyone know where I can find an operation manual for the Video SK model. The Tiffen site doesn't have this system listed anymore. Is the SK2 the model that took the place of the Video SK? If so, does anyone have a manual for that system? Thanks!

I've been asked to operate a SK2 model with a Sont DigiBeta camera. Never done this before so, not sure if the camera falls within the load limits of the rig. How do you know if the camera/ load is too heavy for a specific model of Steadicam? Is it as simple as placing the camera on a scale?
