Hello guys, I purchase a refurbished arm from Steadyrig and the arm looks like new. Mine it´s a III model with EFP springs. Very good for Hugo and Dean from Australia. They´re very nice people in both aspects. They´re very proffesional and they are very good in their jobs. My experience with them was excellent and I will not doubt to have deals with them again.
