Merry Christmas y'all!

He's doing it at my request. So I'm on the list. I was just wondering if there was a stash of them some where. Thanks!!

Does anyone happen to have any Delrin spacer that go between the old style post and the lock down bolt/Kipp handle? I already talked to Jack.
Thanks,
Aaron

Thread locker and a strap with a swivel lanyard clip so it can in twist at the swivel rather than the bolt.

Great idea!! I too would like more info. What pieces do I need to convert my hill bracket? Price? Ordering details.

3 years. No problems. Chris Konash did the install for me. I bought everything we needed through Reid tools and marker tech. The HD signal does not go into the lower j box so you have to send video via BNC to your monitor and power only via the lemo. I think this limits and potential shielding issues. Though I 'm no electrical engineer so I could be wrong and lucky.

I too have the same jbox and post. I switch the front cam power to HD SDI sent it down the post and out the opening in the inner tube. It's need 3 years and works great. Best $200 upgrade ever.
Some one buy it

I'm quite happy with mine as well

The other thing to check is you are using the right pitch gear for the lens.
-
That is most likely an issue with your rod set up. Is it spinning? The M1s I've used tihghten well. Next time you set up, mark all the places that could move/ rotate. Then make the motor jump off the lens. Check what moved.

Yes reverse the positive and negative releases the smoke. It's not expensive to fix. Call Jim and send it in.

Nope. They are great. All the same size and weigh. If I remember correctly. Very sharp.

Agreed. I turned down the same job and know at least 3 others that did as well. I hope the op that tool it knows what (s)he's gotten him/herself into.

I've used this lens a few times. I've used my gymbal mount G-zoom with it with BFD No issues.
My issue is image quality. I ended up in a job with 3 epics with an anginieux 28-76, canon 30-105, and the cabrio. The cabrio was so soft and low contrast, we had to switch it out. The canon was surprisingly beautiful. I'll definitely never use the cabrio again unless I need the ENG functionality or of course the decision is out of my hands.

I love you guys. I've been on a mountain with my family. Loving no phone, no Internet. Then I find this.
I keep trying to walk away. And you keep pulling me back in!!

My email wasn't returned either

I believe the first few units of the movi will release at the end of this month. As far as I know nothing movi like has made it to market yet. Also the first movi will be weight limited to an epic with super speed and digital Bartech combo weight range. Hope that is the info you're looking for.

Yes thanks. That is what I meant. I really should stop typing these responses on my iPhone.

Was it a union job? If so you should call the hall immediately. We can not wave any collectively bargined agreement. Which means a west coast op can not work as a local in NY.
If it was non union. Then there are rules.

What kind if pictures are you looking for? I put the transmitter on a small Israeli arm. The hand held monitor is a $100 no name Dslr cage with a couple of L brackets from Home Depot. I machined them in my basement to hold an AB gold plate. I bolt the receiver to the top if the Dslr cage with the provided thumb screw. If you want pictures email PM me with you email address.
