  1. Hey Everybody!,

I just wanted to say how bad ass it was to see everybody at the BBQ at Colins yesterday! I was stoked to meet some operators I have not met yet. It was also great to see the ops I know already. I hope that the guild meetings go on for years to come. See you all at Cinegear.

  2. I know I am asking for something that NEVER gets put in the classifieds but I might as well give it a shot. Does anybody have a used TB6 monitor for sale? If so give me a shout out. I will probably have to get one straight from Greg Bubb but it does not hurt to ask. Thanks everybody!

  3. Without Rons Tu-Tu I could never have pulled off the triple lindy BL-evolution maneuver that I did last weekend. O.K. Ron, I think since you have the rainbow springs and I have the Tu-Tu we can just trade off when it is needed. But nobody else can use the TU-TU!!! The Tu-Tu is a well kept secret that many ops don't know about. It has strange magical powers. I now understand Ron that you have been a few days powerless so I will share.

A Bitch Slap Thread could be cool.

  4. HEY JAMIE!

The arm you brought out here and sold me is back in New York now. I also sold the gimbal you sold me which also is in New York. I have a buddy that bought it from me to put his rig together. His name is David Ellis and he is one cool cat. Help him out if you can because I am sure you will meet him. I thought you would get a kick out of seing your old gear again. It worked great for me. As for Ron, he gave me back my Tu-Tu and I stole his PRO arm with the rainbow spring canisters.

  5. Oh Ron, Why did you have to ruin my suprise colors. I only wanted my arm to look just like yours. I couldn't get hugo to put the rainbow springs in like the springs you have. I also need my tu-tu back.............Bitch.

  6. Hey Marcus,

    The web page is www.steadyrig.com

They have not updated the webpage but you can get a glance at the rebuild of the IIIA arm. You also can pick the color of the spring covers. On the web page they are Black and Blue. On my arm I got my covers all black. I will try to post a picture when I have more time. Check it out.

  7. I just got my new arm!!!!! This arm is really nice. Hugo at Rig Engineering has made the IIIA arm even better. I recomend that if you have a IIIA arm and you want a new arm to go with Rig Engineering. You can trade your old arm in for his upgrade or a totally new arm. If anyone is in Los Angeles and they want to check out the arm let me know. I will be more than happy to show you my new arm.

  8. I have to throw in a shout out for erwin here. I bought most of my PRO 1 sled from him and I am very happy with the set-up he sold me. It was a great price and the gear is very well taken care of. It was like I bought it new.........but used.

    Thanks again Erwin.

Ron ain't kidding! I wear my kevlar any time I get around that crazy Mo-Fo. He always yells get Back! GET BACK!!! as he is doing the shot and sure enough......I took a spring to the chest. Wheeew!!

  10. Yo Jon,

I just posted a thing about the arm on the "Arms" section. Thanks again for bringing that arm down to the set. I can't wait for my arm from rig engineering to get here. For those of you still waiting, you are gonna love your new arm. Thanks again Jon.

  11. Hey everybody!

I just checked out the new arm by Rig Engineering and I have to say that it ROCKS! I ordered one and my arm is still being built but I tried out Jon Myers arm. It is a IIIA on steroids and it is super smooth compared to my old IIIA arm. For those of you who want to upgrade your IIIA arm it is totally worth checking out their new arm. This is my first post to the forum so whazzzzuppp???!!
