Modified Model III Vest. The vest has had some quick release straps added for easy access and cross straps across the back for added support. Shows signs of wear, but everything is functional and it is surprisingly comfortable. Leather and pads are ok thought you might want to have them cleaned. Socket block is in good shape.

Jaron, you can rest assured that your Ultra 2 vest has found a happy home.

A vest is defiantly a personal preference and having multiple adjustment points help a lot when "breaking in" a new vest. Back mounted vest don't have that many adjustable parts, it should be fitted for you from the start. If it fits, great, if not, I’m not sure you will ever be happy.

My copy arrived as I was heading to the airport for a flight from my home in Florida to Arizona, (6+ hours with a layover), never put the book down the entire trip.

Bob was the first “real” Steadicam Op I met, (back in the mid 80’s), and it had a profound effect on me. I know everyone had that moment when the though “I want to do that”, well working with Bob that day was my moment.

Ok, I think I need to get an antenna for my brain to take in all this technical info?

So what you are saying is that there is no standard with it comes to antennas. Omni, whip, blade, aluminum foil, whatever works. Is that what I am hearing?

I was kind of hoping of a part number and a contact, but whatever.

I have a Modulus 3000 and I am looking to add a better antenna on the TV receiver side of the setup.

I know there are a thousand different reasons for signal interference, (location, other equipment, movement, etc.), and I know TV receivers vary, but is there an antenna that seems to work best?
