  3. Has anyone had success using a sniper readout through a WCU4 handset with an Alexa 65 /XT/LF camera? I can get it to work on a mini using an Lcube and cable but have had no luck with a sniper to EXT Alexa cable. A cinetape cable made to the same pins works but for some reason it wont work with the sniper Data stream? Henry West 1st AC NZ
  4. Do you have an email contact to purchase these? They look great! Henry West
  5. PRO Greenscreen Monitor (Standard Def) Hasn't been used for 2-3 years since HD took over but recently tested it and it fires up fine - see photo. Slight discoloring of glass around the edges but this is not visible once turned on and looking at an image. Great for anyone still working with film cameras (Anyone out there?!) It was serviced by PRO in October 2010 and had a new power supply installed. Comes with 1 x PRO 8 pin monitor cable I can Also throw in a red byte decimator down converter if you are interested. Make me an offer. Happy to ship worldwide from New Zealand Henry West
  6. Hi Lee, I would be very interested - how old is the IR Unit? regards Henry West
  7. Has any one else out there ordered the new "cineranger" from Cinetronic? I was looking forward to trying it out and ordered one a month ago but so far apparently Chris is still waiting on parts. I didn't realise that they were not actually in stock when I paid for it and this was never made clear, personally I don't like to spend money unless I get something I can use in return. I am hoping it will be ready for shipping soon but so far it has been 3 weeks of "we will have the parts next week" I would be interested to hear if anyone else is waiting for the same thing, having since looked up Cinetronic on the forum it appears this is not uncommon...
  8. Thanks Tommy I appreciate your thoughts - yes I have been in touch with PRO and they do not recommend using the mod for the same reason. I will just change the rod ends regularly from now...
  9. Thanks Martin yep that does make sense now you put it like that, always interested to hear other opinions too! Henry
  10. Has anyone used this piece from Walter Klassen on their pro arm? I am looking for a way to remove the rod end's from the pro arm which have been prone to breaking (albeit when the arm has been used in the wrong orientation) This mod looks good but I am unsure of how the arm still functions without the pivot point in the standard pro socket block (where it is sprung back) I would be interested to hear from any one that has used it... 11. Has anyone out there had a problem with Bolt transmitters and bluetooth interference? Im not an expert but would be interested to know if the two systems can cause problems. I am on a show where we are having constant problems with our bolt loosing video signal periodically and the only new thing in the equation is a heden "Carat" bluetooth focus sytem - would love to know if anyone has used these 2 thing together with any problems before?
