Thank you for your response. I have a Tb-6 which I love, I do a lot of work outside so the Tb-6 is brilliant in daylight conditions. How would you compare the Cinetronic to a Tb-6? Cheers Damian

Hi As anyone every had any issues with there M1 motor, a friend and I have to just bought a second hand unit. It looks as though it as never been used and the guy we bought it off says it was is backup unit and that it was never used hence the reason for selling it. But I've fired it up as a test, just on a standard video lens ie a j15, and I have two issues, one is that it seems very noisy and the second is that it seems a bit grindy(if this makes sense), I think they are both related and probably that it needs greasing or something. But was wondering if anyone else had these issues and how were they resolved. Thanks in advance Damo
