  1. Erik, Actually the behind the scenes recording were for an article for the programs web site. My link How it ended up on YouTube? I have no idea. Somebody must have grabbed it from the web. TIM
  2. Alfeo, The director had the idea to do this in a single shot. I blocked it, and with a little help from the coreographer, we got the backup singers in and out of stage, and in to the shot TIM
  3. Single shots seems to be popular. Here is one that I did a year ago. Hope you like it. Enjoy TIM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D55gV7VWNHg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTNCFKVwrZo&feature=related
  4. I use: Baer-Bel sony plate http://shop.strato.de/epages/61417979.sf/en_US/?ObjectPath=/Shops/61417979/Products/%22Sony%20V-mount%20Plate%22 if not possible to use this Normal Sony plate (get a new and tight one) and put a strap around camera and top stage to secure it even more
  5. I have got a lot of questions about the link that was in use on the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. So I thought that I would post a pic of it... Here it is I also got many questions about Tally and my Zoom. You can see them both in the same picture TIM
  6. Thank you Bo I am glad that you liked it TIM
  7. Thank you. glad you liked it ;-) TIM
  8. Louis We used Steadicam EFP. The camera was Sony P1, and a special designed plate connected the camera to LINK L1500 from VISLINK Follow focus was a Chrosziel DigiFox (a fantastic unit for television) and is controlled by a person sitting next to the stage watching the shots on a monitor. I will try to answer any questions, so just ask And yes it was me waving at the 2D-wirecam at the end of semifinal2 TIM
  9. Cool that you felt like that. The producer liked the original idea, and we did it with our own twist. Glad you liked it TIM
  10. To answer your questions The ops is Tim Tønnessen (me) and Tom Moen (he is also on this board) The first video is me getting ready to take over the shot from Tom. The second shows me, using Tom’s shot, to get to the other side of the stage. And the whip pan is just what it is, just a whip pan as a transition for Tom to take over the shot from me :) TIM
  11. We have 3 different monitors from Transvideo on 3 different riggs, and everyone of them we have flipped uppside down. This has never been a problem. It gives you better viewing angle. Thats it
  12. Hi geoff, Great :-) Waiting for the pictures Thanx TIM
  13. I am in need for a new vest, and looking for a Master Vest. Preferably the leather one. Send me an offer TIM
