Juan they work quite well, i made a slightly different adapter plug for mine that reduced the clearance significantly , very simple.

i may have a set avaialble with mounting brackets in june. It may be earlier if the curent client renegs. they are the new canister stlye, machined not cast. I have carried two sets for a while, with one being my personal set and the other a rental set. what can you offer for two k-6's invertor, steadicam post bracket? i HAVE A FEW POST CLAMP TYPES, SOME 2" WITH SPACERS FOR SMALLER TIFFEN AND PRO, AND SOME 1.5 (pro) TYPES. i WAS THINKING 75% OF LIST for a price.. damn caps.....

Big fan of the Windkiller, always have it in the truck. It has made a few impossible situations do-able, .

I improved mine. I re-did the insert threads with helicoils. I popped out the plugs covered them in epoxy and restored the spring pins. its a super easy fix, perhaps the manufacturer would try it. I got the idea from some of the originalSleds where the top caps of the posts were epoxed in place by that grey super strong epoxy that only releases with a torch's heat. ;) ;)

just bought one and have started playing with it... I agree that a set of 'other " springs is the way to go to get the arm changed quickly.... Will have to blend it with some gyros to see if its another option for cars and ATVs. Funny my guys call it the same thing and like you I also have a set of springs preset for it. For me the way to go is in Turrett mode since you can trim it for the shot
