  1. Hi Kar I think you will find it's not that complicated .I have not had to use a Epic 00 Lemo to triple BNC breakout cable when using my preston ? At least I can still use the red one (on /off) cable with the Epic . Thanks PLC for making it and as for RED they have screwed us again .And if you would like to power the Epic you will need to buy another cable as the Red 1 will not work with it.
  2. Joe I would say not as there is a 2pin OB Lemo at one end of the black box(for power) at the other end there is a OB lemo(4 pin) plug for the standard red on/off plug (I think )That is how it reads on there web site .When I get it I will let you know exactly ok.

  7. Good point Matteo, Janice I have lost quite a few jobs to other operators how give the PM a price for a basic kit (arm vest sled ) and the rental house add's on the Preston /Bartech,Boxx ,downconverter. All of these essential items disappears in the camera hire and the PM thinks he/she is getting a great deal from that steadicam op over the more expensive other op's around so that is why I now itemise everything to the PM. Have fun out there. Louis
  8. Hi everyone I offer the PM / DP a choices of Bartech or Preston , Modules or Cam-wave or Boxx . On commercials they always go with the Preston and the Boxx . Many DP ask me what I want to work with and he/she tells the PM this is the gear they want to use and then I don't have to justify the price difference. Good luck Louis Puli
  9. This may help as well . Good luck Louis Puli
  10. Hi everyone In Australia the ACS (Australian cinematographers society ) and Qantas drafted a letter which I carry with me when I fly (just in case ) which limits only 2x 160wh Lithium to be carried onboard and no quantity restriction for 100wh or less to be in hand luggage. Fly safe Louis Puli 684-11_Lithium_Batteries_Approval_Australian_Cinematographers_Society_LAW.pdf

  14. Hi everyone Thats great news that Don is getting on top of the New orders now . Great product .BUT If only he could start repairing the motors that have been sent back to him with issues then we all would be happy. I sent my motor back in november for repair Silence ever since. Repairs are just as important as sales may be more so . Good luck . Louis Puli :(
  15. If only Don could work on his REPAIRS then we all would be happy .4 months and counting .For me both motors digital, analogue motors are to loud and over the last few years both of my motors have been sent back with the SAME problem clutch issues

I'm happy to report that the wait time on my M-One Digital motor was only 3 weeks and 2 days after first ordering online from loonworks.com.
