    Hi Eddie You could also contact Hugo Langer from Steadyrig he rebuilds all 3a arms to better then new .He has also designed fantastic new springs as well. There are many op's here who use his arms .He also has several demo units in different parts of the world where you may be able try first. Good luck Louis

    Hi Thomas I have been now told you can't put 24v through the AV transmitter .With the latest Meridian Transmitters (only not the receiver) you can power it with 24v . Thanks I to love my Boxx systems.

    For all you Boxx AV Transmitter owners (early model with out plates AB/V-Loc). I have put some V-loc plates on one of my AV transmitter units . Yes you can run 24v (6.5-32v) through your normal Meridian Transmitter but I don't know if you can with their older unit .Can you power the older unit with 24v ? I don't want to blow it up and send it on a holiday to England. Thanks Louis Puli

    Hi everyone Here are 2 comparisons of Heden and Preston motors .As for Red motor well they did buy Element Technica so their gear is very good .2k cheaper (Preston )1K cheaper (Heden) and yes lets see if you get what you pay for .

    Hi Chantra Magnus from Heden normal customer service has be fantastic to me in the past so I would say there are other issues going on that they are unavailable to contact you . I would call them .

    Hi Ng Give Marc /Nathan a call /email they have great customer service so I know they will sort it out for you .I have 4 Digital system and they have been great.Try to reset to factory defaults and try again .Good luck

    Hi Zoltan I upgraded the b&c connector at the top of the rig as well. It is now a solid HD picture all the time . I did consider just replacing the plug but I was advised by my electronics person to just cut off the plug and start again .I am very glad I did .
