I mean where did you get the spec diagram, I have been looking myself. I'd rather not try and guess which one is motor power and which one is encoder power. I'd imagine the encoder wouldn't appreciate getting a full 14 volts.

This might be painfully too late but I've done extensive 3D stuff and other than maxing the torque there isn't really a way to get any two lenses to track perfectly, especially on a beamsplitter as the vertical lens has much more resistance. I typically adjust the torque on vertical lens to be a step stronger (using cmotion) and it gets it pretty close, but it is never perfect.

Was recommended this guy for an unrelated project. (DIY motors on a 3d rig)

They are a bit pricy but they are definitely the right size and look the part.

What is the pin out of the motor connection? My girlfriend has an unmotorized beamsplitter and I want to put motors in it that behave the standard hedens/DM motors so I can drive it from a standard MDR.

If someone could figure out a way to harness that and repeat it in machines, they would be a very rich person. Maybe I can transplant some chicken stem cells into my rig....
Actually they already have. Check out the first few seconds of this video:
This is a Milo motion control system. I have one based in LA if any of you guys need some special fx shots. Our reel is at http://www.milomoco.com Call me ;)
Yes but does it taste like chicken?

I'd be more worried of the tiger deciding to take a swipe at the sled playfully then him trying to eat someone. I am sure the tiger is well behaved but wouldn't think twice about swatting at the mattebox.
