    I'm selling my analog Bartech Follow Focus System. In Perfect condition. The motor has been checked by Don at LoonWorks. The Kit includes: Handset Receiver M-One Motor Receiver with following cables: BFD to Pro/Artemis 12v power cable (4 pin Lemo) BFD to XLR 4-pin 12v power cable M-One Motor includes: Rod collets: 5/8”, 15 mm, 1/2", 19mm w/o a collet. Lens Gear: Module/Pitch 0.8m-32P, 0.6m, 48P, 0.5m, 0.4m-64P, extra wide 0.8m-32P. Mounting Bracket: 19 mm universal mounting bracket, Will mount on either side of motor in either direction.     Hi all, I thought I would contribute to this thread having dealt with Don in the past couple of weeks. About three weeks ago I sent my motor to Don at Loonworks because of a Potentiometer issue. Prior to sending the motor I had a phone conversation with him, because I knew of his reputation I wanted to make sure everything would be ok. He promised my motor would be fixed and sent back to me very quickly. I felt good about the phone call so I shipped my motor. Well, after a week without any news I tried to call, no answer. That went on for a week, I called him everyday, sent him emails, I was going crazy and thought that was it, I had lost my motor. Last week, without any hope I just thought, let's try to call one more time, just in case. He answered! I couldn't believe it, I went postal on him, threatening him with lawsuits and lawyers, telling him about all the complaints on the forum, and it worked. Two days later, I had my motor fixed and in my possession. I can't explain why he does that, because when you're on the phone with him, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who would do that. He felt really bad and was very apologetic. I just want to say that Grant's technique of calling everyday with different phone numbers and legal threats (although I didn't like having to do that) worked for me. So good luck everyone! I'm now the proud owner of a Heden motor, Preston at this point is too expensive for me.
