Thanks for your interest in the motor. This unit has a 256 encoder and a 3.3k id-resistor. Heden lists the systems that typically work with this setup as: Hedén Carat, Ymer, Bartech, Preston, FreeFly MōVI

Steadicam Pilot upgraded to HD

The wiring has been upgraded with a strand of Belden 179DT to be shielded enough to carry HD signal. The video line terminates at the base of the post and top stage using DIN connectors instead of RCA. The topstage power connector has been replaced with a Lemo 0B 3 pin connector for a more secure connection to match larger rigs like the Flyer.

The monitor has been replaced with a SmallHD Focus monitor (brand new with film over screen... the project I planned for it fell through and I already have another rig). The monitor is paired with a Small HD D-Tap dummy battery for power off of the V-mount battery plate. A short RG179 cable is also included for a clean connection from the DIN connector to the BNC on the monitor.

This is set up with a V-Mount plate right now, but if you prefer a gold mount plate I can swap it before shipping or include it for later.

In case anyone missed it, Ronford-Baker just announced a great little widget to help reduce vibration when flying a Sony Venice:

Sony Venice Base Extension Block

Originally requested by a Steadicam operator, they wanted the camera to connect onto the Steadicam as low as possible, but also increasing the surface area to reduce vibration. The block simply connects onto the base of the camera via 4 screws. The camera will now be completely flat, also reducing the overall height when mounted whilst adding very little additional weight to the body. Air vents in the camera body have not been covered.

The extension block will also connect onto a flat Arri Dovetail Plate so it can go straight onto a Ronford, Oconnor or compatible fluid head, or attach to our Quick Release system. You could also attach other third party shoulder rigs and accessories via the 3/8 holes.

Anton Bauer Hot Swap Adapter
I don't remember the exact model and it is only marked with CPT#002. I believe it is the Anton Bauer QR HOTSWAP-AR Snap-On Hot Swap for ARRI ALEXA Camera. I was using it as a general hot swap adapter so I replaced the back plate of the adapter with a flat aluminum plate. The original had a top bracket (included) that was rolled over and got in the way for my use.

Comes with a complete set of threaded rods to adjust the height of the cage. It's in great functional shape but does have scratches, tape marks, and a former owning company's name and number engraved in the top.
