No batteries, although there are 7 pro formers that are fair to good at best. 3 monitors, 2 monitor brackets,modulus transmitter, coherent transmitter, various different brackets and motor posts, rods, etc. tons of screws, wrenches, t handles, high end bnc cables if you are still forced to fly a cable(setup in packs of 2's) many diff size arm posts, low mode brackets X2, only thing missing is a Preston and most people have those on set already, so you are good to go. 12 years of stuff is in this kit. Some of it will never get used, but it's nice to have to McGyver your self out of a situation if need be.
