    Seems like they are business as usual.

    I have requested a refund for the full amount,by the end of the month. We will see how the customer service is then.

    For now, they only response about delivery date has been the same..."Will get back to you by the end of the day!"

    That was the response a month ago and again 4 days ago.

    ...no response yet!

    Thank you for your email. My apologies. Yes we received payment yesterday. Many Thanks.

     

    I think we are looking at approximately 2- 3 weeks.

     

    We are expecting the first two to come off the machines next week for final testing. Then a further week for production and 3 days for anodizing.

     

    These have taken much longer than expected.

     

    I'm so sorry for the delay, but we are almost there now.

     

    If you could please confirm your shipping address, I will send you a FedEX tracking number when we are ready to ship.

    I just got an email from Howard saying he is no longer with MK-V directly.

    "I no longer get emails from Mk-v I am working as a consultant for them and I have not heard anything.
