Seems like they are business as usual.

I have requested a refund for the full amount,by the end of the month. We will see how the customer service is then.

For now, they only response about delivery date has been the same..."Will get back to you by the end of the day!"

That was the response a month ago and again 4 days ago.

I think we are looking at approximately 2- 3 weeks.

We are expecting the first two to come off the machines next week for final testing. Then a further week for production and 3 days for anodizing.

These have taken much longer than expected.

I'm so sorry for the delay, but we are almost there now.

I ordered the Pro arm socket adaptor from MK-V six weeks ago.

No doubt other brands use the same chips

Only two legal transmission chips in the world made and Camwave, Boxx and Bolt use the same one. Only difference is how it's powered and programmed.

Either way, we tested both the Bolt and Cw-5 on set and they performed equally.

The Camwave uses the same boards as the Teradek Bolt.

We seem to have the same range on set as well.
