Hi.
I am using four GMP 160wh batts with my Steadicam. And I charge them with both Pro-X and citytek chargers. And at a Tradeshow, where I was showing my rig for the local dealer, we charged my GMP's on their IDX charger - No problems.

Pis Torben...
Det gør mig så sur, når folk ikke kender forskel på dit og mit. Håber forsikringen dækker.

Price dropped to $5.500 / 4.250

And I thought that Flexible was a bad thing when it's got something to do with Steadicam?
Maybe I was wrong :-)

I've had my G50 upgraded two months ago, and now I'm not seing my footsteps anymore.
So for me the bearing upgrade, has made my work much easier.
Would I have chosen a Pro arm and another rig, if I have known the different choices then? Maybe I would. But the Tiffen rig I own, works for me - and it has some great features that I like and use all the time.
I have never tried to do any maintenance of the arm. I think this gear like a Tripod or a camera. If somethings break I send it in for repair. No big deal.
Happy holidays

Hi Jameson.
The range depends on the conditions. But line of sight is about 150-200ft
There can be digital breakups, but only when on the end of its range.
If there's buildings to reflect the signal, it's more robust than in open land.

I think this would be all you need to mount the cinetronic to the ultra 2.
This mount will not work.
When I got my Gen I, i was looking for a solution, but the only one I found, was to get a bracket made for the Tiffen rods, as they are slightly larger than 16 mm.

Hey Kurt.
I had the same issue with my Clipper 3, and had to make my own.Mounting Cinetronic on Clipper
But when I get my new Gen II Cinetronic, I'll get a yoke, that Curt from Artemis/Sachtler will make. That fit's the Clipper's post. Hope that helps?

There are a few gen 1 monitors in Germany, and Spain, and one in France I believe.

Hello Travis my friend.
I think that the Triax used in Europe is different than in the US.
You can get an adapter here: Artemis-hd
It's 940€ = 1180$
Hope everything is going great

Look here. I have one that I can mount onto the monitor rods. I got it to fly the transvideo 3D monitor. I also use it to mount a TV logic 5.6" for a program monitor.
http://www.transvideo.eu/en/Body-Rig
They make a bracket that has a 1/4-20 screw. I believe that is on the bottom of the cinetronic monitor.
If you want a yoke then I think you have to make something.
What mount did you refer to?Is this the one to get? http://www.transvideo.eu/en/Bridge-76-16
It looks like it does take the standard spud?Is this one going to work with the Clippers monitorrods?
Thomas :-)

Thanks Afton, but none of them seems to make anything for the clipper3's lower post diameter.
So I will be making my own next week.
Any idea how to make this smartes

I got an email from Chris from Cinetronic. And they have no brackets to mount the monitor to my Clipper 312.And I don't want to drill holes in the original bracket, so now I will have my machinist make a new bracket, that goes on to the monitor rods. I'll post some pictures, when it's finished.

I just received my new Cinetronic 6.5"But I can't fix the monitor to the rods that the standard Tiffen monitor comes with.Does any of you Cinetronic owners have your monitor monted on a Clipper? Is there a standard mount or do I need to make something myself?

I'm having a hard time deciding if I should go with the 7" widescreen or the 6,5" - 4:3?What did you go with, and what's the pros and cons i your opinion?
Thanks

You can let Tiffen UK handle it the import/export for you.

Don't judge it from how it looks. If it does a better job than other vests on the market, and you get better support to your back, then I would be willing to pay more than a Pro Vest
