    I'll be using it on some sets this month, so we'll see. I'll be bringing it without saying that I'm bringing it, so if it doesn't work it's no big deal. I've found though that my pelican case enclosure kills the signal, so I'm modifying it so that it can hang open on a c-stand. We'll see. The advertised range is 23 feet obstructed, by the way.

    I won't be working on this for awhile because this particular unit started going crazy. I've sent it in for an exchange at Amazon, but they're back-ordered until the end of next month. I don't know if I've played any part in the unit dying, or if it's a fluke. I guess I'll find out when the replacement comes in. 1.3 Here are some more pictures This is something I made from a Griffin USB car adapter and a car power extension cable. I just cut the end off of the extension cable, and I soldered a P-tap onto it. So far I've only had a chance to test it with the F3, and it worked very well.

    I've had this happen to me on a student production before. I ended up not taking the job. In these situations, a DBA might help. I think that if they see a company name attached to your equipment, they might treat it the same as from a rental house.
