  5. Chris Fawcett had a quick fix to solve this low-mode high vibration problem. He uses tether lines from low mode camera plate running up to top of inverted sled! Using tension to counteract and nullify high frequency Vibrations! Simple fix but it works! I've been fighting this low mode vibration problem for years! First noticed it with Pro Superpost. Problem is you don't see vibrations till you go to Dailies!
  6. There's a clip of a scene I did showing the Steadicam in action on the PBS Series "American Cinema", Segment is on Director Lawrence Kasdan & his movie "Grand Canyon". It's a dream sequence and shows a behind the scenes shot of the Steadicam chasing the actress who is chasing a train then becomes her POV as she catches up with the train and looks into train window at her Loved Ones. What the behind the scenes shot doesn't show is that I had to chase her up a long ramp before we emerge onto the train platform & then chase the train!

  13. Hello Jay, I got my Bon FM-073SCH on the group buy program. I've been trying to fabricate a monitor mount and post to my Steadicams, PRO & MKV! I need to know the Thread Size for the main monitor mounting hole on bottom of Monitor, it's not American 1/4-20 thread!. I've tried contacting Jason at Bon in Korea but never get a clear answer back, lost in translation! Do you know the Monitor mount Thread Size? What are you using as a monitor mount inot monitor to adapt it to Steadicam monitor posts? Please e-mail me at Randycam@aol.com or call 818-807-2398 Thanks, Randy Nolen
  14. Where can I find information on the Cam Jam & Quattro monitor mounts? Websites?
  15. Is your Decimator 2 still for sale? What's your Bottom Dollar selling price?
  16. I still have all of the Original PRO 1 parts, except the post. I don't remember exactly how the post mounted to the upper & lower junction boxes and battery base. I don't think it was a bayonet mount at this point, but maybe this picture will help. Give Jack at GPI a call, maybe he can figure it out. I tried attaching a picture of these parts but it didn't work. I posted these parts for sale on the Marketplace some time ago, so I don't know if the picture is still there. I can email you the picture if you want.
  17. Oh No! So sorry to hear you lost so much of your Gear. That's always been a fear of mine, having my truck broken into and all my gear taken. I try not to leave my gear unattended even on the set, someone could just walk by pick-up one case and disappear! Hope your insurance covers this loss! Good luck.
  18. Hi Pierluigi, I want to sell as a package. Thinking $2.000. US. or best offer. Once again these are Original PRO 1 parts before coiled center post cable. These are all the parts from when I upgraded my PRO 1 to coiled cable. Thanks, RN
