I use the cam-jam railway plate system. With 15 mm rod in the front and back. Truely universal for all cameras. The rods are at the standard height with alexa mini and sony venice. With the adapter for BP-8 bridgplate also the 19mm rods are at the right position. So you can swith to the fluidhead really quick. Also if you change from primes to zoom lens! on top the arri UAP-2 is very useful. On the bottom the cam-jam.de railway plate is great. 15mm rod front and back. With the Tripod adapter this plate can always stay on the camera.
