  9. That does seem low... I would agree with Tom tho with putting your rates on SOA as call/call.
  10. Sorry forgot to say HD... Its a live show next week, there using a flypack. The guy has been hard to communicate with, typical lol Its an 8 camera setup in the diamondback arena. Zero latency would be ideal. Also the producer is asking if they will have ccu control of the camera? I told him no, unless im wrong... Thanks Charles!
  11. Hey Guys i have a show next week in Phoenix and the production guy just emailed me saying Bexel doesn't carry wireless transmitters and receivers? Anybody know of a place to rent one quick for a week starting this coming Monday? Thanks!
  12. Click the Battery Compatibility tab.
  13. Hey Guys i am in need of a tally light to run on my Steadicam. Need the light sensor and all. Let me know what you have or if you know of a good place to purchase a "cheaper" solution. Thanks! PM me and ill get back to you.
  14. Wow thats awesome of Will! So glad the Steadicam world sticks together. :) You the man Will!
  15. Hey Rob im not by my monitor right now, flying today. I looked online. V-LCD70XP-3GSDI is almost identical to mine. Thanks!
  16. John- That makes since it getting to hot. That is what i was thinking since it fires up good beginning of the day. Still haven't heard from Marshall tho... Jess- I typically power it through my sled via Hytron 140's on heavier cameras. Lighter cameras such as the af100 i run a dionic 90 on the back of the monitor. I checked the battery gauge and i have a volt meter on my sled and it was still half full. Thanks guys for the feedback!
  17. Thanks for the reply Alfeo! I thought of that and turned the camera on first then the monitor. Still had the same issue. The Varicam im not sure on the firmware its not mine. The AF100 tho has the most current firmware update from Panasonic. It happened yesterday with the varicam. We were shooting 60fps. With the AF100 typically we shoot in 24fps. Its weird because it works sometimes, usually beginning of the shoot then it suddenly stops and gets green tinted or no signal at all. Usually when we turn off everything for a break or to change sets.
  18. Hey guys i just sent Marshall an email with my issue. Figured in the mean time ill see what you guys thought of it... The past couple HD shoots i will plug up my monitor through HDSDI, it will work fine for the 1st half day. I turn off the camera(Varicam)usually to change the battery. I turn on the sled/camera and the monitor will only display a green tinted picture. Sometimes the signal is sporadic as well.. I have also tried multiple cables with different lengths direct wiring from the camera to the monitor. It also does it occasionally with my AF100. Thinking the monitor could be over heating? Thanks guys sorry hard to explain in writing.
  19. Hey Rupert welcome! I would take a Steadicam class before you invest in a rig. You may take a class and decide its not for you. If you decide it is for you then you will know exactly what you want and need. Just my 2 cents B)
