For sale Arri Unit Bag - Medium In good shape. Like many bags that utilize transparent plastic pockets there has been some separation between the border and velcro strip. Also there is a tear in the fabric on the inside of the bag that I repaired with some gaffer tape while on the job. Otherwise bag is good to go. It spent most of its time sitting on the bottom of my cart holding some ancillary items and didn't get opened often. Waterproof exterior. Exterior manufactured from superior quality PVC coated tarpaulin that is capable of withstanding temperatures from -20 °C to +40 °C • Superior construction with high tensile strength stitching for durability and resilience. SALE PENDING For sale is an Arri Artemis / Trinity system. This is a full system to either use it as a regular steadicam sled or a trinity. Please note that for the regular sled you will need to get a monitor bracket and monitor (I am currently using a transvideo monitor and camjam bracket and I am keeping those). You also need a monitor for the Trinity. I am currently using a SmallHD 503 high bright – but you can also use the Transvideo 5” Starlite. The system is about 18 months old and was purchased new from Arri in Blauvelt, New York. It was regularly serviced and is in perfect working condition. Artemis Sled is in very good condition with one very minor scratch on top stage and some inevitable superficial scratches on the gimbal cap where you dock. Trinity head has seen little use and is in mint condition. Take the camera and RunAs happened to me quiet a few times lately (and I have the feeling it will keep on happening) I found myself in one of the shooting situation I dislike the most, which is when more or less suddenly the 1st AD tells me :”Put in that van everything you’re gonna need for the rest of the day, we’re moving to a new location which is an hour drive from here. Don’t forget anything, be fast and please… keep it simple!”. Of course I’m not speaking about situation where this was in the callsheet, in that case it is pretty easy to be prepared. I’m speaking of those times when a sudden change comes up (rain on location, new shooting plan, talent’s agenda variations and an awful long etc.) and we need to improvise, which is from my point of view one of the most important skills of a good AC. I’m pretty sure that some of you came up quickly with an answer like :”Ask the DoP!” and even though it is logic, if life was so easy everybody could be a top notch assistant cameraman. Normally, when this kind of situations happens, there has been an important change in the order of the shots, so is pretty likely that the DoP has his hands full speaking with the gaffer and/or the best boy about the new situation, discussing with the director all kind of lighting issues etc. Of course the camera crew also will need confirmation from him, but is gonna be...
