Didn't see anything about this in the archives and wanted to get some seasoned peoples' thoughts...
Since the dog days of summer are upon us (at least in LA), I've been thinking a lot about how to stay cool, especially when it's over 100° F.
Besides the obvious 'don't over-exert yourself,' 'hydrate,' 'seabreeze bandana on your neck,' or 'just don't do it' sort of stuff, has anyone had any success with cooling shirts or vests?

I'm thinking the tubes might be pinched under a vest and/or it's just too much gadgetry.
I feel it's a small price to pay if it keeps you comfortable and makes the load feel a little lighter.
Thoughts?
