  1. Hi there, hate to be the new guy asking for help, but I have a problem I'm hoping someone could assist me with! New to stabilisation equipment so I went and bought a DNA 5050 for my DSLR rig with a Manfrotto QR plate. I'm not sure whether I damaged it myself trying to balance it when it was too side heavy or whether it was a faulty rig, but there's definitely some damage and I can't seem to get horizontal balance now. Even if I get close it just drifts away after a moment or too, I think because things have come loose. The second image is probably more clear as to what's happened. Is that nut supposed to remain flush with the side of the unit where the adjustment knob is (which has also come loose)? It certainly is with the vertical balancing bolt. How would I go about fixing it? I can't even fathom how I'd get in there to tighten it up.
