Hello Everyone, I am selling my spare GPI Pro Gimbal, S/N 545 (this is the serial number for the gimbal itself that was printed on the original-style yoke which has since been sold separately; the new gimbal yoke S/N is 642x). For 1.5” center posts. Included in the sale is: Standard Pro Gimbal Grip with Clamp Short Pro Handle XCS Ergo Handle (Regular) Gimbal Wrench Spare Pan Bearing The Gimbal is in working order (last serviced by Jack Bridges on 8/18/2020 and the gimbal has barely been used since its last service). The yoke has been upgraded to the newer version, which is thicker and more robust. There’s normal wear and tear throughout. The gimbal cap has some marks from what appears to be concrete (not sure where these scratches came from as it occurred when the gimbal was out of my possession, however any issues that resulted from the damage have since been addressed). What do you use for your low-mode monitor? I'm flying a GPI kit and have been balancing with the Small HD 702 as my low-mode monitor in order for quick high/low transitions. I love having it there because it really does make things faster. But the 702 is abysmal in direct sunlight, and is too clunky to be practical. And also powering the dang thing via d-tap is an issue. I'm looking into the BlackMagic 5in Video Assist as a budget option, and a Transvideo Starlite 5in as a more permanent solution. A monitor that supports on board video recording is not strictly necessary, but I'm definitely leaning towards a monitor that supports that feature. The BlackMagic 5in seems alright but you have to do some surgery in order to power it properly from your sled. Any thoughts or tips on the matter would be much appreciated! Cheers, -Dan

CineLive sled (minus topstage) was purchased used in 2019 from a NYC-based operator (first owner, Calvin Falk) and serviced by Jack about 6 months later; vest and arm both purchased new in 2019; upgraded to new Betz stage in late 2019. I have never rented the equipment out to any other operator. You'll find the typical scuffs, etc., but overall everything is in pretty good cosmetic condition (the vest is especially clean). Hello, So today I am selling my very dear-to-me PRO I sled, which has been modified (by Terry West, I believe) to be a very excellent and affordable sled for anyone who is looking to get into Steadicam and purchase their first "big rig" setup. This sled was used by me for 2+ years and by another Forum member. You can fly anything from REDs to 435's with this baby. I upgraded the gimbal to a PRO VZ with a short handle (previously owned by a renowned PRO tech, and previously previously by some former Industry big wigs), which has made a tremendous difference in performance. Helping a friend sell his GPI Pro setup. His description below. Email him at joel@joelvoelker.com or message with questions. Sadly selling this GPI Pro rig that I just put together. Sled is used but has a new extended handle and just had a new pan bearing installed in the gimbal and had the DB tuned up by GPI. The Titan arm and the vest and all the accessories are brand new. The vest is fit for 35” waist, 38” chest but these of course have a lot of adjustability. Hard case included for the sled, soft cases for the arm and vest. Brand new Hill docking bracket too. Looking for $34,000 for the complete setup. Can possibly part it out too.
