  1. Hello Everyone, I am selling my spare GPI Pro Gimbal, S/N 545 (this is the serial number for the gimbal itself that was printed on the original-style yoke which has since been sold separately; the new gimbal yoke S/N is 642x). For 1.5” center posts. Included in the sale is: Standard Pro Gimbal Grip with Clamp Short Pro Handle XCS Ergo Handle (Regular) Gimbal Wrench Spare Pan Bearing The Gimbal is in working order (last serviced by Jack Bridges on 8/18/2020 and the gimbal has barely been used since its last service). The yoke has been upgraded to the newer version, which is thicker and more robust. There’s normal wear and tear throughout. The gimbal cap has some marks from what appears to be concrete (not sure where these scratches came from as it occurred when the gimbal was out of my possession, however any issues that resulted from the damage have since been addressed). Asking $3,800 OBO plus shipping (gimbal is available for pick-up in Los Angeles) Contact info: aaron.gantt@gmail.com Aaron
  2. What do you use for your low-mode monitor? I'm flying a GPI kit and have been balancing with the Small HD 702 as my low-mode monitor in order for quick high/low transitions. I love having it there because it really does make things faster. But the 702 is abysmal in direct sunlight, and is too clunky to be practical. And also powering the dang thing via d-tap is an issue. I'm looking into the BlackMagic 5in Video Assist as a budget option, and a Transvideo Starlite 5in as a more permanent solution. A monitor that supports on board video recording is not strictly necessary, but I'm definitely leaning towards a monitor that supports that feature. The BlackMagic 5in seems alright but you have to do some surgery in order to power it properly from your sled. Any thoughts or tips on the matter would be much appreciated! Cheers, -Dan
  3. Selling my entire GPI PRO rig. Unfortunately, chronic back issues have stood in the way of this being a long-term career option for me, so it's time for it to go. CineLive sled (minus topstage) was purchased used in 2019 from a NYC-based operator (first owner, Calvin Falk) and serviced by Jack about 6 months later; vest and arm both purchased new in 2019; upgraded to new Betz stage in late 2019. I have never rented the equipment out to any other operator. You'll find the typical scuffs, etc., but overall everything is in pretty good cosmetic condition (the vest is especially clean). And more importantly, everything is in fully-functional condition, has been well taken care of, and is 100% ready to shoot. All signal and power cables for most camera types are included and detailed below. For now, I'm selling the equipment as a FULL PACKAGE ONLY. The rig is currently located in Seattle, WA. I'd prefer a local pickup, but will consider shipping within the United States at buyer's expense (shipping + full insurance + PayPal fees). $45,000 OBO SEE PHOTOS HERE: https://imgur.com/a/mtxoOkW I'm happy to answer any questions via DM, email, or text. ph: 509-470-0293 email: samsrice@gmail.com Thanks for looking! 4. Hello, So today I am selling my very dear-to-me PRO I sled, which has been modified (by Terry West, I believe) to be a very excellent and affordable sled for anyone who is looking to get into Steadicam and purchase their first "big rig" setup. This sled was used by me for 2+ years and by another Forum member. You can fly anything from REDs to 435's with this baby. I upgraded the gimbal to a PRO VZ with a short handle (previously owned by a renowned PRO tech, and previously previously by some former Industry big wigs), which has made a tremendous difference in performance. Here are the details: • GPI PRO I Telescoping Post (Only 1 Hill Gorelock Docking Ring is shown in photo, but should include 2x for high- and low-mode docking) • PRO I HD-Upgraded Electronics (HD-Converted) • PRO DB II Top Stage w/ Diving Board MDR Attachment • Extra screws/AKS • GPI PRO VZ Gimbal Grip w/ Short Handle • Custom Bottom Stage (12/24V Compatible) w/ 3x Gold Mount Battery Mounts • XCS Monitor Bracket/Rods w/ Cam-Jam 1.5" Spacers (MONITOR AND YOKE ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS DESIRED (we'll discuss) • Pelican 1615 Air Case (I may have extra cables, and a plate, however, just reach out to me and we'll see what we can work out. I have connections to a few different professional cable manufacturers if needed) Photos of the rig below, plus one of it in play. Looking to get somewhere in the realm of $10,500, but offer up. If interested please DM me, or reach out to me at lorenpaulhamilton@gmail.com or call/text (805) 320-1845 Thanks for looking!
  5. Excellent condition, as pictured. 34-40" $5000
  6. Now when many friends out there change to the Volt, are there any PRO gimbals for sale? I’m looking for a newer and/or in good condition PRO gimbal with the clamp grip. Don’t need the VZ thing (.. or you have to convince me). Please send me a private message including photos of your gimbal. All the best, TOMAS
  7. I'm buying a GPI Pro cinelive sled, and a Pro Titan arm, and wondering what cases people are using for their kit? Also looking for advice on interior foam. Here is the sled: Pro telescoping post Cinelive top and bottom stage Donkeybox III Battery rack gen III Tiffen M1 volt gimbal Transvideo 8" monitor The arm: Pro Ttian Also I guess there are probably some threads on this subject already! If anyone knows were they are please point me in the right direction. Thanks

Looking for $34,000 for the complete setup. Can possibly part it out too. 12. Hello everyone!! I'm looking for an original GPI PRO Titan arm located in Europe, I'm based in Barcelona. I need 4 blue canisters and 2 black ones, although I wouldn't mind have 4 and 4. Will be nice if the package contains accessories like J bracket for low mode and different posts, but I'm not close to see some offers. 15. I am putting my PRO vest up for sale. I have only had it for about a month, basically, brand new condition. No scratches anywhere, no wearing on any of the pads. I am only selling because after using the Exovest pretty extensively, I like that better. Also, the pads were sized for the previous owner (who used it 2 days and never pulled it out again) and it is a bit big for me. I'm not sure what the measurements are for this vest as the marking on the inside don't seem to make much sense to me based on how the vest fits. My chest measurement was 36.5in and waist was 35.5in. Pro Arm tool not included. Located in Los Angeles Asking $5300 Or Best Offer

  21. No idea if this is worth anything to anyone, but feel free to make an offer if this interests you. This is the very old school green screen. Still the brightest image ever on a Steadicam. The lower right corner of the screen is suffering from delamination. You can see where in the photo: it's the area that looks like an oil slick. Included is the raincover. The last time I used it was in the rain because the monitor is well sealed for weather and my HD LCDs at the time were full of holes to let the rain in, and would overheat when wrapped up. Could be useful for spare parts (the high voltage assembly is relatively low mileage as it was replaced not long before I retired the monitor.) Or might look nice in a Steadicam museum, or as a doorstop.
