  1. Clearing out the shelves before I move. Check my other posts for stuff you might need. Most of it is backup gear/aks, lightly used over the last 5yrs. Make me offers! Everything available separately. Most of these cables have the smaller 3-pin LEMO FGG.0B for the sled side, like on Archer2, Clipper, Shadow, Ultra2, M-1, etc. Happy to send you a closeup image of the pins on both ends, if you have any doubt before buying. Half are Tiffen cables, the other half are from MediaBlackout or TerryWest. Some are "legacy" cables that might still have an application, otherwise we'll just have to laugh about planned obsolescence. If you know about cross compatibility of the camera cables, please comment below. Here they are in no particular order: LEMO 3-pin "Ultra to Alexa 24V" with 90˚ connector at the camera, 24" length. LEMO 3-pin to Alexa 24V power with straight connector at the camera, 36" length. LEMO 3-pin to Paralynx LEMO 2-pin, 24" length. IIRC, this can also be used for other TX like Teradek, etc. but we'll want to check polarity. LEMO-3 to XLR-4 ENG camera power, 24" length. LEMO-3 to "RED epic/scarlet" 12V LEMO-6, 24" length. LEMO-3 to "REDcam 12V" LEMO-6, 20" length. I think this is for the original RED ONE! Came with my Archer2, and has only been used with Tiffen's in-house RED body for demos. LEMO-3 to LEMO-2 BFD receiver power, 7" super-shortie for mounting the receiver under the nosebox. LEMO-3 to AB p-tap quad, 18" length. So useful for all those aks. LEMO-3 custom LED voltmeter. Add voltage readout to your 12V line and stash the display anywhere with velcro. Made this myself after wrapping a sled for rain and couldn't see power meter. P-tap 12V input to TVlogic mini-XLR-4 36" length. Old backup cable for my TVlogic monitor, in case monitor cable failed. If anyone is interested, make reasonable offers. Everything works great, I just don't use this stuff. Located in Los Angeles, local preferred, or buyer pays shipping. PM me on the site, or for faster response, email: red288GTO@gmail.com -Evan

  3. Hey all, Glad to be a part of this forum. I'm new to Steadicam and have been practicing with my Flyer for a couple months now. I use a GH4, to an Atomos H2S, to a Decimator 2 from which I have to drop the power line down to the batteries on my bottom stage. The reason for this is that when I first purchased a Decimator, I had a lemo to 4x P Tap port/splitter from Alvin's cables that I thought would come in handy in the future. Plugging that into my top stage, and then the Decimator into one of the 4 ports via DC to P Tap, i shorted the Decimator. Smoke poured, and examining the inside of the Decimator I can tell I burnt it pretty bad. So I thought for sure, that splitter must have been the problem, maybe it was the polarity. Luckily I had bought that one second hand and just bought another one new, along with the Nebtek DC to lemo from B&H made for the Decimator. Problem is, when I plugged my new Decimator into the top stage of my Flyer with this Nebtek cable, I heard a pop again and quickly unplugged the cable. Very slight smell of smoke again but I managed to save my Decimator and have been using it with no problem. For learning and practicing I don't have too much of a problem dropping that power cable, but at this point I am afraid the issue lies with my actual Steadicam and the lemo power port. I'm hesitant to plug anything else into that port until I can figure out what the issue is, and hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction. It is worth noting that I also bought the Flyer secondhand from someone on Craigslist and haven't been able to verify with them if they had any issues with the rig. Thanks in advance for any replies!
  4. Hey everyone, Hopefully quick question here. I have the Zephyr and I'm prepping it for resale. I've been running a separate Marshall HD monitor on my Steadicam, pretty much since owning it. But, at some point along the way, I seem to have misplaced my power/video cable that connects to the OEM Steadicam SD monitor. It's a funky 9-pin connector and I can't seem to find a place to purchase replacements anywhere. Either through Tiffen (although I'd open that someone like Alan Rencher might be able to make it for cheaper than what I'd imagine Tiffen would sell them for. Does anyone know where I can find this cable? Should I go through Alan to see if he can build it custom? I'd like to be able to sell a functioning monitor with the kit. Any help is appreciated!
  5. Just acquired used Flyer LE, wondering where to look for power cables. Specifically a 3 pin Lemo to P tap so I can supply power to my accessories from the stage? Are these custom made to order only? If so who is the current go to for this?
  6. camera interface and control unit for 8 motors, ARRI White Radio Module, compatible with 7 pin Lemo motor cables. The camin is the ‘brain’ of the cvolution lens and camera control system. The camin with ARRI White radio works with up to 3 separate wireless control units, drives lens and /or rig motors and can communicate with most of the popular film and digital cameras used in today’s broadcast and motion picture productions. The camin is equipped with an internal power booster. This ensures the digital motors are supplied with a constant and sufficient voltage even when using 12V video batteries. https://www.cmotion.eu/shop/product/c0e2-k05-camin-8m-arri-white-l-287?category=101 also selling: arri alexa classic cine tape udm hedén motors lemo & cbus cables email me at: RRHeikens@hotmail.com

  8. Hello, Does anyone have any recommendation for cable suppliers where I could find a Lemo 3-pin (male) to AJA Micro-Con-X 2-pin (female) cable? I am hoping to power an AJA down-converter with power from one of the Lemo connections on my Archer 1 stage. I have located this: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/899646-REG/Laird_Telemedia_AJ_PWR8_01_Lemo_Split_Gender.html However, I am green regarding what a "split gender" connection is, and whether it would work with the Archer 1 Lemo 3-pin power outputs (female ports). Thanks for any advice, Dan
  9. Hello, I purchased a used Steadicam flyer (first gen I believe, grey arm?) and knew that the power cables from the battery plates to the LEMO connector (2-pin) was severed. My plan is to replace the cable harness to allow me to hook a LEMO to D-tap then a D-tap splitter box to hook up to a RED scarlet / monitor / bartek etc... I have a couple questions:1) Should I replace my two pin LEMO with a more modern three pin for power? Not sure if "more modern" is the correct term, it just seems to be in wider use. 2)How do I go about wiring both Anton Bauer battery mounts that were included on the sled to run up to that LEMO connector? I would like to be able to use 2 batteries on the bottom running together up the post to the power port. I'm not sure where to start on this, or if that is even an option (see included photos) Any assistance would be appreciated to get me started. Thank you
  10. I wanted to use a Teradek bolt for wireless video (which has a 2 pin lemo connector) and power it off my zephyr's 3 pin lemo connector. Is there such thing as a 2 pin to 3 pin lemo cable or adapter? I know i can make the cable myself but I would prefer to just purchase it. I also understand that the 3 pins are: ground, 12v, 24v. If I can't find a cable ill make it but is the top pin the ground? Does anyone know of someone in New York that could make the cable for me? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Ryan
