  5. The WCU-4 with a monitor and receiver (and battery) attached is quite heavy. And the regular hand position on the left side is very far away from the center of gravity. This results in high fatigue on the wrist. The JOE bracket allows to mount and adjust a monitor to the WCU-4 and has its own handgip which is placed much closer to the center of gravity. The weight is no longer carried by the wirst but by the much stronger biceps. When the WCU does not need to be carried around the handgrip serves as a docking bracket on a C-stand. The cam-jam JOE comes with its own quickrelease bracket on the monitor so nothing extra is needed. No noga arms, no cinelock, no spigots. https://shop.cam-jam...-with-handgrip/

  9. Hey friends! Ive been having some difficulty with this bracket issue so I thought I should take it to the forum. It seems like a simple thing, but Ill take as much advice as I can to make this work. I just purchased a rig that included an XCS telescoping dual rod monitor bracket. Ive been trying to use my smallHD DP7 High Bright with it, but the screw in the mount keeps spinning, not allowing the monitor to tighten fully. I can take the mount apart and use a tool to screw in the mount to the monitor, but it is time consuming and rather backwards if you ask me. Im thinking the best option is to Loctite the screw in there, but Im afraid the monitor will become tight past or before a perfect level, and there isn't a way to adjust the mount itself if that occurs. (Just a horizontal 360 axis and a monitor pan). Ive been racking my brain for a solution but I've come up empty. P.S. And that kip lever is in a really stupid spot. Any ideas to make this bracket easier to work with? Thanks everyone.

    artemis ACT2 monitor bracket

Dear operators, good news! We made two new adapter kits for the 6" artemis ACT2 monitor bracket, which allows you to use the 7" SmallHD and the Cinetronic Gen.2 monitors with all versions of 6" artemis monitor brackets. So from now on, with just one monitor bracket you can use 3 different monitors. You can use any 6" Transvideo CineHD monitor with the 6" artemis ACT2 monitor bracket and by adding the right adapter kit, you can use also the 7" SmallHD or the Cinetronic Gen.2 monitor. Just have a quick look at the artemis web page to get more information. www.artemis-hd.com
