I got the operator's hand book and have skimmed though it a few times, I have been reading threads on the forums (the ones I could make sense of). Do you guys have any specific advice on what i can do to maximize the value of one of these workshops? Is there something you wish you had of done/had at your first workshop? PS. When you are learning to operate its very difficult to comprehend at first what you are doing wrong. When you take the rig off and the next person starts working on it, it's a lot easier to notice the small nuances that makes things go wrong. Back and forth with the other operator try to pay attention to each other (because the teacher will not be around you all the time) and point out what you see. That personally helped me a lot and to this day we have conversations with operators very often about similar topics/point out problems.
