Micheal Jackson's music video, they don't care about us. Directed by Spike Lee shot in Brasil. The steadicam operator was Brazilian local called Marco Guglielmoni his brother Silvano is also a top operator in Brazil. It's brilliant to acknowledge the Operator, see the pictures from the behind the scenes and then how the Steadicam shots cut into that final, iconic video. This is a great example of Steadicam making music video history, and being used to great effect where no other device could achieve the sweeping power & dynamic movement needed for that song, in that environment, with that amazing artist.
