Premium Members benedictspence Posted November 29, 2010 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 29, 2010 Hi All, After downgrading to a lovely old Master Series I'm now on the look out for something to help me with low mode. I'm 6ft3 and so anything which can help shave a couple of inches off a shot would be a great help. I was spoilt with my previous rig which could do some great low mode stuff.... Any one have any gadgets they'd like to mention? Ta! Ben
Premium Members flemming laybourn Posted November 30, 2010 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Hi there.. Used to have a master myself back in the day.. Best advice is a long armpost, and a D-bracket.. Best of luck Flemming
Premium Members joe mcnally Posted November 30, 2010 Premium Members Report Share Posted November 30, 2010 Hi Ben First you can use an 'f' bracket to put your post down to 12 " lower You can turn the gimbal upside down and secure it with a special little screw if you have it. Next you can modify the vest a little so as you can lower the socket block down a bit if its a front mount vest of course. Put the camera in an extending lo mode cage, do you still have the Baer Bel cage ? The lighter the camera package the lower you go so you could add weight to the base maybe. You can bend your knees :D Hope thats some help Give me a call if you like Joe
