My camwave went down two weeks ago. I called Zach in the service department of IDX, explained the symptoms and sent it away. In the mean time IDX sent me a loaner then repaired my unit with a minimum turn around. Then offered to ship it back at their expense! Now they are setting up my second camwave so that it works on TVlogic monitors(vmount) but utilizes Anton Bauer Batteries. Great job. Great company. Wish they made more steadicam gadgetry.
