Premium Members Tomas Riuka Posted August 21, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted August 21, 2011 Hello guys, trying to update mo Cinemonitor HD Evo's software, something went wrong and my monitor is not working any more, showing vertical stripes in the 'tools' area, where histogram etc is shown and i can't do anything with it. Tried calling transvideo, but they are on holiday from 8th till 28th of august, does anyone know any direct contact with transvideo or US dealer who might help? I can;t say enough good words about Transvideo as failure in this case would have cost me a lot during the week of works. In my case a cine III, wich gets me back to work in a few sec. You never know when a piece of tool leaves you in the blind, be prepared......
