Premium Members jorge agero Posted September 28, 2011 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 I have been for 8 years in love with the TB-6, has always seemed to me the best monitor for the steadicam. But the time has come for change and this monitor is the same as it had in the green tube and also HD. What more could you ask for, but display the same weight and lower power consumption. This beautifully designed, all you see is a bit cumbersome to anchor the monitor arm monitor, probably another piece ergonomic design. And show you in this forum. Premium Members William Demeritt Posted September 28, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 A note for other PRO users: I've had great success with the Sachtler Tilting Telescopic Monitor Arm in getting the monitor on the same plane as the batteries. I mounted it upside down and attached the Cinetronic universal yoke to it, and now my batteries are coplanar with my monitor. I'll post a photo when I get home tonight if you want to see how it works. Love my Cinetronic monitor, the support from Chris is great. Can't wait to see the next gen housing and digital level. Premium Members RonBaldwin Posted September 28, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 you said "coplanar" I like the sachtler bracket as well -- but went back to the pro monitor arm with extensions. Was getting a little vibration from the sachtler when extended to where I wanted it with 4 lb monitor (nebtek+hc). I have to come see this monitor sometime -- still haven't been able to check it out. Premium Members jorge agero Posted September 28, 2011 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 The monitor arm is a MK-V Genesis which I have removed the spigot and have anchored directly to the central hole of Cinetronic brings joke. Premium Members Pedro Guimaraes SOC Posted September 28, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 Jorge......I am jealous of your monitors....and as a Brasilian.....your pictures with Giselle. You lucky SOB! :P I'm seriously considering upgrading my monitor with the cinetronic. I think I might wait for the new housing. or is the new housing a free retrofit? How far away is the new housing.... Still recovering from my cmotion purchase....
