Premium Members Ramon Engle Posted October 20, 2011 Premium Members Report Share Posted October 20, 2011 This new monitor offers Vlock as well as Anton Bauer battery mounts. The biggie for us is the image flip function. I have the 71W and its a great monitor. A little tough to see in the sun but a decent backup. http://tvlogic.tv/Monitors/M_Spec.asp?sidx=33 Ramon

Weight, Size are perfect and image quality with SD and HD are awesome
Andrew Stone
But Filmtools sells it for around $2500. It's a lot for a monitor that isn't daylight viewable in my opinion. Someone mentioned a few months ago that recently Marshall did a quiet upgrade to the 651STX and it automatically images flips when you turn it upside down. That monitor retails for $1800 with a battery mount and is, of course, daylight viewable. Having said that, I haven't had the image flip feature confirmed by anyone other than an observation from one poster here.
