If you have one of these, I'd appreciate if you can send me the number of the encoder related to your motor(s). There are 4 screws holding a plate at the top of the motor. If you remove this plate, you'll see two rows of numbers, the bottom one being similar to this: 123-IE2-256 2911. That's the number I'm looking for as well as the model of the motor (M21VE or M26VE). This will not damage your motor or reveal proprietary info or anything like that. You can email me directly at camera@dancoplan.com.
