Today, while rehearsing at the Oscars just before lunch my Transvideo Monitor did something really strange and both Tiffen and Transvideo, while on the phone with me, couldn't figure it out and within a half hour Dan drove over and had a replacement unit on my sled. I was back up and running before the director ever knew there was a problem. Now that's some awesome customer service!! Thanks Guys !! Y'all Rock! Premium Members Rob Vuona SOC Posted February 25, 2012 Author Premium Members Report Share Posted February 25, 2012 Charles, yes correct thanks to everyone over there at Tiffen it's just that those two hustled for me as for the Oscars E has no Steadicams that I know of We are all pre show and main show for ABC There are 5 steadicams here • Dave Eastwood on Stage He's using one of his custom EFP, Hill, Pro frankin rigs, pro vest and Blue spring arm • Hector Ramirez in pit and Audience He's using another custom Hill/Pro frankin rig, pro vest and masters arm • Rob Vuona backstage and Winners walk I'm using the Phantom•V, pro vest and pro arm • Tore Livia outside entrance fashion walk He's using an XCS, pro vest and pro arm • John Perry is on the Blue Stage at the beginning of the Red Carpet He's using a Phantom•V rig, Pro vest and pro arm Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
