Very high quality etching and the color/size/placement isn't too flashy. Hard to capture from a camera phone, but the color is not white, it is sort of a silver-ish/grey. Alec, they are still doing the custom name plates but are waiting on getting them back from the engraver. I believe they have a whole stack to send out to ops that are waiting for theirs.
