Premium Members William Demeritt Posted April 15, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 Doesn't the Transvideo yoke have tooled tension clamps that you can set the tension with a tool, and then that tension is set from that point forward? You can still adjust the monitor, but it will be stiff instead of the current Cinetronic yoke that loosens when you spin it?
Premium Members chris bangma Posted April 15, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 Had a chat about the knobs (easy, Ron) with a buddy just recently. We briefly entertained the idea of removing them in exchange for the simple screws. We will make a low profile knob for people concerned about the width. Premium Members chris bangma Posted April 15, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 Here are some pics on the new knob, being cut on the waterjet. A bit smaller for those who like small knobs....

Premium Members matthew pearce Posted April 16, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted April 16, 2013 wow, discuss something over the weekend, see it executed on monday. Looks smaller and narrower with out giving up the functionality of toolless knobs. As a back mounted vest owner looks like a winner to me. Premium Members Tuomas Viitakoski Posted June 19, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 19, 2013 .. The lemo cannot be reoriented in the housing, since it is keyed. .. Chris, Is the DC IN panel connector's keyway "G" - the normal EGG.308.XXX so the mating straight plug is FGG.308.XXX? And is the pinout same as PRO's monitor connector and Transvideo's CineMonitorHD (pin1:GND pin2:+12VDC) ? Best, Tuomas
Premium Members chris bangma Posted June 19, 2013 Premium Members Report Share Posted June 19, 2013 The lemo on the monitor is EGG.1B.308. You can use either the straight or right angle connectors to mate with it. FGG.1B.308.CLAD or FHG.1B.308.CLAD. The wiring is as follows: Pin1 - GND Pin2 - +12V Pin3 - Composite input Pin4 - Composite GND
