I tried calling them today on 323 222 6401 number and got a residence. My DX-400 diversity tuner is locked on channel 30, dosnt work and none of the buttons seem responsive. I havnt used it for a long time but tried today and the chanel light works but I cant change channels or get a signal thru ? I tried *55 to unlock channel......... any body else had this problem?
