It's made of very heavy duty Cordura fabric, padded, and has real leather trimming and handle. This is one of the most durable bags I've seen - it's been shipped and tossed by baggage handlers in airports without issue! Looks absolutely new, apart from a bit of dust from sitting in my shop for a few months. Second picture is for reference only - no tools or accessories provided - just the bag!
